James K. Austin
is a partner of the firm and practices primarily in
the corporate section of the firm. He graduated from
Duke University and cum laude from the University
of Georgia School of Law. Since 1991, Jim has engaged
in the general representation of corporate clients
which has involved work primarily in the areas of
corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts
law, banking and finance, real estate transactions
and general employment law. Jim also practices in
the areas of trusts, estates and probate law and is
a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
