Kimberly
Cofer Harris is of counsel with the firm
and her civil trial practice presently emphasizes
business litigation, professional negligence and insurance
defense. Kim also has extensive experience in railroad
litigation, construction litigation and trust and
estate litigation.
Experience:
Since 1992, Kim has been a civil
trial lawyer practicing in state and federal courts.
Cases have included matters involving commercial contracts,
trusts, business torts, FELA, railroad crossing accidents,
construction disputes, insurance coverage, professional
liability as well as insurance defense.
