Tracy
Cullen O'Connell
is a partner of the firm practicing primarily in the
area of civil litigation. She graduated from Boston
College and cum laude from the University of Georgia
School of Law. Tracy has been engaged in a civil litigation
practice encompassing both insurance defense and corporate
or business litigation. She has served as lead counsel
in jury and bench trials in state and federal court,
handling cases involving automobile accidents, construction
defects, professional negligence and contract disputes.
She is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and Texas.
She is a member of the Savannah Bar Association and
the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, Georgia Association
of Women Lawyers (President Savannah Chapter 1997)
and Defense Research Institute.
